Brown coal miners demonstrate old hoist

Two brown coal miners demonstrate the work with a hoist in front of a group of spectators. The scene gives a calm insight into the practical techniques used in brown coal mining and links the presentation to the industrial history of Abildå Brunkulsleje

The demonstration shows how lifting equipment could be operated manually as part of the work in the brown coal pits
