The beach at Spodsbjerg is the east coast's preferred beach, as it is incredibly child-friendly, with sandbars and shallow water far out.
If you fish, Spodsbjerg is the place. In the harbour, rows of small rental boats are ready, and from early spring to late autumn there are good opportunities for catches.
North of Spodsbjerg, by Nordre Lykkebyvej and in Spodsbjerg, there are large holiday home areas.
Spodsbjerg is the gateway to Lolland-Falster if you do not choose the Great Belt Bridge. It is wonderful that you can still take a relaxing break on a ferry before continuing by car.
On Lolland, a wealth of opportunities opens up. It is not far to Dodekalitten, Kragenæs Harbour with its marina and ferries to Fejø and Femø, and much more.
From Spodsbjerg, many fishing trips set out, including on the trawler M/S Amigo, which offers trips on the Langeland Belt for cod and flatfish.
In 2020, more than 40 cod weighing over 10 kg were landed by guests on this one boat alone. The largest cod weighed 18.1 kg.
