The forest playground is located in Ansager Plantage as an easy-to-manage break in the woods, especially for families with children. From the parking area by Ansager Stadion, it is about 200 meters along a path to the playground, and the path is stated as suitable for prams, pushchairs, and wheelchairs.
There is a slide, a swing, and a climbing frame, and adults can use the outdoor fitness equipment or continue out onto the plantation’s paths. There are also tables and benches, so packed lunches can be handled without turning the trip into a big project.
The playground is small, but it is well placed for a short outing: close to the town, among the trees, and with the option of combining play with a walk or run in the plantation.
