Go on safari in Givskud Zoo in your own car or a safari bus. Get up close to the animals and drive out across the African savannas, where the rhinos live, and where giraffes and zebras cross the road right in front of you. Explore on foot and meet gorillas, elephants and wolves.
The park also offers play, relaxation and togetherness for young and old alike. Enjoy the park’s small oases and let the children run around on the large playgrounds.
In the park, you can walk through Denmark’s largest dinosaur exhibition. There are 50 different life-size dinosaurs here – from the very largest herbivore at around 40 metres to the deadly carnivore Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Many guests in the park have tested the above theory in practice without a scratch and have had a fantastic experience, separated from the king of beasts only by a thin pane of glass.
Only when all the car windows are closed will you be guided through double gates into the lion pride. Stay in the car and wait for help if the car should break down.
