A cultural-historical and architectural gem by Augustenborg Fjord, focusing on contemporary art both outdoors and indoors.
In autumn 2018, Sønderborg Municipality purchased the park and the four buildings, which comprise ‘Det Hvide Palæ’, ‘Det Røde Palæ’ as well as ‘Kartoffelhuset’ and the red stable building.
Augustiana focuses on professional contemporary art and presents a varied exhibition programme all year round in the art gallery, as well as projects, experiences and artworks in the park.
