ComeVisit is for those days when you want to get out, but not necessarily far away. The site shows suggestions based on your location or a place you choose yourself as a starting point. It can be a short loop, a green area, a waterfront, a path through scrub, or a place with a local story in the background.
The experiences are shown both on a map and as a list, so you can get a quick overview before choosing a direction. It is especially the nearby places that are given space: the ones you often pass without thinking that they can actually make for a small outing.
Choose based on the day
The front page provides suggestions and a search option before you move on. You can sort by distance, category, and interest, depending on whether the day calls for nature, a family-friendly detour, exercise, peace and quiet, or a brief explanation of a nearby place.
Mostly nature, a little history
Nature and the present day take up most of ComeVisit: paths, green areas, lakes, coast, playgrounds, viewpoints, and places with local practical value. History can be included, but as an explanation of the place rather than as heavy reading. The coverage is primarily Denmark, with a few places in other countries, including Mallorca.
